ANC was pleased to host Central IDEAS – Culture at Work: Celebrating Differences, Building Belonging in Gander. A huge thank you to the attendees, keynote speakers, panelists, award winners, performers, sponsors, ASL interpreters, and everyone that contributed to making this event a successful one.

The event was an opportunity to connect and exchange practical perspectives to create inclusive workplaces and communities and to support the retention of newcomer talent.
