Music in the Air!
Music was in the air at a recent ANC Conversation Circle! One of our volunteers brought his accordion along to entertain and delight the participants and taught everyone some traditional NL songs. A few students even enjoyed a dance or two, making for a lively blending of cultures and fun!
Throughout the week, we host Conversation Circles at our ESL Learning Centre in St. John’s. ANC volunteers meet with newcomers to enjoy a friendly chat, helping them improve their language skills, learn about the province, and make connections in the community.
