Thank You to ANC Staff, Volunteers, and Community Partners!
Over recent weeks, ANC staff, volunteers, and community partners have worked to support the newcomer families who were tragically impacted by a recent apartment building fire in St. John’s. We are profoundly grateful to:
- All of the community members who donated needed items, such as clothes, shoes, hygiene products, and funds
- The school communities and local organizations who reached out, collected, and transported donations, including Rennie’s River Elementary (special thanks to Jennifer Lee and Shannon Goldsworthy), MacDonald Drive Junior High, Feildians Athletic Association, Connections for Seniors, McSheffrey Resource Centre, and Home Again Furniture Bank.
- ANC staff and volunteers who helped sort and distribute donations (as pictured), communicated with families, assisted them in replacing key documents, and so much more!
