Currently, the following ANC services are available to Ukrainian newcomers in Newfoundland and Labrador:

Language Services

If you are currently enrolled in the LINC ESL program, the government has agreed to extend this support until June 30, 2025, allowing participants additional time to complete their language studies.

As well, all Ukrainian clients, regardless of status, are able to attend evening Conversational English Classes at 148 Elizabeth Avenue from 6-8 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Employment

All Ukrainian clients, regardless of status, are able to avail of employment services through the Employment Services Division. You can visit them at 75 Tiffany Court, send an email to [email protected], or call them at 709-579-1780.

Children, Youth and Families

All Ukrainian clients, regardless of status, continue to receive support from the Child and Youth Programs team (CAYP). Please email [email protected] if you have any questions.
