Our team provides personalized, one-on-one support throughout every stage of your settlement journey in our welcoming Province.

  • Orientation sessions, workshops, and group information sessions 
  • Referrals to community resources and service providers 
  • Navigation support for mental health, medical, and specialized care 
  • Assistance with work permit applications and renewals 
  • Searching for and viewing rental properties 
  • Billing inquiries, tenant insurance, and Canada Post mailbox setup 
  • Communication with landlords and property managers 
  • Lease support (sub-leasing, terminations, maintenance requests)
  • Individualized career planning based on experience, interests, and goals 
  • Support identifying transferable skills and prior experience 
  • Guidance exploring short and long-term career pathways in Canada 
  • Resume and cover letter development tailored to Canadian employers 
  • Interview preparation and job search guidance 
  • Referrals to skills training, certification, and upgrading programs 
  • Outreach to employers across a range of industries
  • Matching qualified clients with available job opportunities
