Settlement & Case Management Support
Our team offers individualized support, including:
- Personalized needs assessments
- Orientation sessions, workshops, and group information sessions
- Referrals to community resources and service providers
- Navigation support for mental health, medical, and specialized care
- Assistance with work permit applications and renewals

- Billing inquiries, tenant insurance, and Canada Post mailbox setup
